II. Site Usage & User Obligations

Permitted Use

You may use our website to:

Search for truck repair services in your area
View listings of certified service providers
Contact vendors directly for service quotes
Submit service requests through our forms

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Violate any local, state, federal, or international laws
Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our website using automated tools

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

III. Vendor Listing Subscriptions & Payments

🚨 CRITICAL: Non-Refundable Subscription Policy

Subscription Model:

Monthly Recurring Billing: All vendor subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date
Network-Wide Deployment: Your listing is deployed across our entire 52-site directory network

NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY:

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

No Refunds for Active Listings: Once your listing is activated and deployed across the 52-site network, NO REFUNDS will be issued for the current billing cycle
No Pro-Rated Refunds: If you cancel mid-cycle, you will NOT receive a refund for the unused portion of the month
Additional Categories: Fees for adding additional service categories are also non-refundable
Setup Fees: Any one-time setup or onboarding fees are non-refundable

Why Non-Refundable? Your listing is immediately published to 52 websites with dedicated SEO, indexed by search engines, and visible to thousands of potential customers. Once deployed, the work is done and cannot be reversed.

Cancellation Policy

Vendors may cancel their subscription at any time through the vendor dashboard.

What Happens When You Cancel:

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period
Your listing remains active and visible until the end of the paid period
After the billing period ends, your listing is removed from all 52 sites
You will NOT be charged for the next billing cycle
No refunds are issued for the current cycle

How to Cancel: Log into your vendor dashboard and click "Cancel Subscription" or contact support at billing@truckrepairdirectory.com

Payment Terms

Accepted Methods: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via secure payment processor
Billing Date: Charged on the same day each month based on your signup date
Failed Payments: If payment fails, your listing may be suspended until payment is resolved
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice

Directory Content (Owned by Us)

All website design, code, graphics, logos, and text are copyrighted by Truck Repair Directory LLC
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written permission
Trademarks and service marks are property of their respective owners

Vendor-Submitted Content (Your Responsibility)

When you submit photos, logos, descriptions, or other content:

You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content across our 52-site network
You represent and warrant that you own or have rights to the content
You agree that your content does not violate any third-party rights
We may remove any content that violates these Terms or is inappropriate

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITY

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for subscription fees in the past 12 months
